Custom MyBB Shoutbox

I'm looking to Buy a Custom shoutbox Plugin?

What I'd like it to be like will be put under the HR Tag.

I would like it to have:

• A "@" icon that comes before the Username which is for PMing within the shoutbox
• I want the shoutbox to have a small version of the users avatar before the "@" icon
• It should have a Media box on the right side of the chatbox
• The shouts should look like: "[18-Jan 18:53:00]Trophix: Okay so basicly all shouts should come up looking like this
• There should be a Message box to type the shout at the bottom left corner of the shoutbox with a "Shout!" button next to it
• Smilies and BBCode should all come down like in the 2nd example bellow.

CHATS​

There should be 5 different chats.

1. Admin Chat
-Only admins can see that Admin Chat even exists, only Admins have access.. no acceptions to any other groups.

2. Moderator Chat
-Only admins, Mentor, and Moderators can see that Moderator Chat even exists, only Admins, Mentor, and Moderators have access.. no acceptions to any other groups.

3. Mentor Chat
-Only Admins, Moderators, and Mentors can see that Mentor Chat even exists, only Admins, Moderators, and Mentors have access.. no acceptions to any other groups.

4. VIP Chat
-Only VIP, and Admins can see that Admin Chat even exists, only Admins and VIP have access.. no acceptions to any other groups.

Those are alternate chat rooms for each group, accessable by a Clickable icon which switches chats. The regular public chat is for Everyone.

The shoutbox should also display on every page including the Portal, Forum page, Any Additional Pages, Help page, etc etc...
