What ingredients need to prepare .. Custard cream?
85 gr flour
1500 ml fresh whole milk
8 egg yolks
120 grams sugar
Grated lemon peel
How do you make custard cream?
Take a large pot and pour the flour and half a glass of milk. Mix and cook 1 minute over low heat.
Add one by one the yolks, mixing well between them always and always to a simmer. Upon completion of the yolks, add sugar and grated lemon peel. Stir and continue cooking over low heat. Add all the milk mixing well and stay there until it boils.
Take 4 custard tins and spread the cream on them. Place in refrigerator and serve chilled.
