Okay so I've lost over $54 due to this. Whenever I add currency to my account from Xbox.com and go to my Xbox to buy something the money dissappears. I contacted support and all those fucking faggots do is give me a one month saying they don't know what happened. Even on Xbox.com it says my account has balance but not on my Xbox. Any help?
Just purchase what you would like to, on Xbox.com. Then, you should be able to download the item. The item also shows up in your account's download history.
