I have an account that I want 99 Construction on but I am too lazy to train it. My question is what bot would be best, and what are the chances of being banned with this bot?

Chances of being banned? Incredibly low.. You're in your own house with nobody else to report you.. ;D

You could use one off of RSBuddy? I think there's a half decent one made by webjoch tbh.
