Group Name: CTF White Hats
Group Descriptiont: This group is made up of the people who know or would like know and learn about helping other people clean their computers. This group would also help people protect their Virtual goods and educate people about patching common exploits in their sites and programs.
Expected Number of members: A small base, just enough
Group Image (URL): N/A i will make it tonight
 
We did previously have a group like this but it wasn't very active.
If some people can post their thoughts pm the grou and if they would join, it would help me put a bit.

That sounds cool. I hope alot of people are interested because its really a great way to learn about computers and security in a fun and legal way.
 
Hopefully it will be.

Last time we called it CTF Support, so that it felt like the members could help out with more than just computer troubles.

Not bad, i've got some little kids who think they could hack habbo hotel in my rat but just to send a message: "I could hack you but i didn't." or something like that & i leave their pc.
 
Ropic this isnt about hacking people its about teching people how to prevent certain things hapening
 
I am neutral with this. Because you choose to be black hat in the first place, so if you're not a black hat, then you're a white hat automatically.

Well i'm 100% sure the grey/white/black hat terms are hacking thermes but if its a support crew it's a kind of noob to call it white/grey hat.
 
i dont know what they are planing to do and tbh i dont realy care but i have a good idea that it has nothing to do with hacking
 

Well what he is trying to say you having a botnet defeats the purpose of being a whitehat.
 
If Ropic does have a botnet, he will be denied acceptance into the group.
 
I didn't say 1 word about having a botnet LOLOLOLOLOLOL If you don't know what a botnet is check out Wikipedia - Botnet page, i said i have a RAT (=Remote Administration Tool) but not 2 lock other computers i send them a message: "I could break in to your security, but i'm leaving.". So that's not bad, it's good. End i haven't a botnet so why the hell you're saying i have one? But to come back on the story Black hat = for you're own money Grey = For you're own money & giving money to the poor White = Good, don't steal money just telling bad security.
