Credit Card on Account Question...

I need help canceling a credit card on a banned account.. Can someone give me instructions on how to do this AND turn off Auto Renewal..

I believe the only way to remove one, is to add another one.
Microsoft is slick, they wanna make money so they're not going to let you remove shit without you giving them another payment method
 
You go on the billing page and just remove it lol. That or you can call.

Simple enough.. Thanks!

Everytime I try to turn off Automatic Renewal, it says there was an error..
 
I had to ring when I could not remember the account details to one of my accounts with a card on, and they just removed it for me in a flash, that's your best bet if you can't find another way
 
Call your bank and tell them to stop paying out to Microsoft
