Introduction
Hello, I am here to introduce my new site. This forum focuses on two major sections. Graphics and gaming, hence the name "creative gaming." It is a new site and of course like any new site, I am in need of a few things to help it take off.

  • Members - Without members, a forum is useless, right?
  • Suggestions - I have done as much as I wanted to do to the site as I could, there are tweaks here and there but the rest I want member's opinions.
  • Bug hunters - Help me find bugs within the forum that I may have missed.
  • GFX Masters to make a new logo.

Features
Now, you are likely sitting here saying why should I join, Hack Forums offers BOTH those. Well, a new community is always nice to join and have fun, right?

Here are some of the features Creative Gaming offers:

  • Awards
  • Friendly environment
  • Open staff positions
  • Alerts

Nothing too special, I know. However with more members and everyone spreading information, the forum will be filled with content. There are some tweaks and what not I'll be doing, but decided to release it now. I think it's finished to that regard.

I am not begging anyone to join up, just showcasing. Also I would like some reviews on my site too. Since this is for reviews as well, so say what's on your mind and help me improve my forum!

Here are some recent updates I did.

  • Added the banned list - www.creativegaming.net/bans.php
  • Added the awards in the header
  • Gave members the ability to change their username at anytime. http://www.creativegaming.net/usercp.php?action=changename
  • Appointed Dr.Doom as staff
  • Added a signature limit. 650 x 200
  • Added pro stats.
  • Added additional groups for later on
  • Put on the mobile theme and tapa-talk
  • Linked referrals
  • Put ads on only for guests.
  • Added MySupport for the help desk section

Looking for more suggestions and active members that could possibly be staff.

  • Users must get 10 posts upon registering to use a signature, send private messages, give reputation and download attachments.
  • Groups have been added. See other thread for more detail
  • Branno has been promoted
  • New awards for upgraded groups have been added
  • Saved some money for advertising, will be doing that very soon
  • 10 posts to posts a link.
  • Sponsor and Elite can now close/open their own threads.


For more details about the user promotion. You will see those without 10+ posts have no user bar, this limits them to do things listed above for a reason. Please take notice that the task manager runs every minute, so if you get over 10 posts and have yet to be promoted, just be patient and wait until it runs again. Also this only effect anyone from here on, old users with 0 posts will still be full members. However I do prune users once in a while.

More.

  • Added an avatar pack (Thanks to Flashdrive for making them.)
  • Added the coder award.
  • Pruned inactive membes with 0 posts.
  • Promoted Box to staff.
  • Dealt with that little issue.
  • Advertised in various places. Free advertising.
  • Quick reply now shows everything like a full reply would.
  • Quick reply has been added to PMs.

More will come, every now and then. But don't forget to suggest ideas too.

It's just MyBB Go or whatever. Just switch to the full version I suppose. I find it easier to navigate. I'm don't like the theme, but I like the simplicity of it.

I'm always looking for staff, just when the forum needs it. I'll be looking for you joining. If you need any support feel free to contact me on here or there.
