Did you know that if Bill Gates dropped $100,000 - He wouldn't need to bend down and pick it up. Because in the time he's bent down and picked it up, he's already made 3x that.

Yeah, he makes nearly $100,000 per SECOND.

Did you know - Every time Apple sell a Mac/iMac/any apple PC Bill Gates earns money?

Crazy isn't it.
 
Technically he would still need to pick it up, or he would still make a 100,000$ loss And Yeh he owns so much shares of apple its crazy :/ didnt microsoft buy skype too?
 
They bought Skype, but, no shares in Apple.

When BG first started writing OS he made a simple one, and sold it to IBM on the terms that every sale IBM got, he would receive a profit no matter what. Apple (formerly known as something else back then, I can't remember off hand) bought a copy of this OS from IBM, so now every-time Apple make a sale, they have to give money to BG because Mac = basically BG's OS.

Smart of BG if I say so myself.
 

Jonathan, let me assure you they still have non voting shares in apple, well from what I know from last summer they do (when i was doing work experience @ Microsoft in Redding )
 

I meant in the way that Microsoft doesn't receive the cash because of the shares, it's because of what I said about 2 posts above
 
Good old Bill Gates, love the guy. He's proper down to earth if any of you have spoke to him. Speak to him quite regularly.
