Well today I had court. I was given 0 days in lockup but I have to serve 60 hours of community service.

What did I do? I got charged with public drunkenness, disturbing the peace, and 5 counts of setting of an explosive device in public(which I got to be thrown out in court).

The story. Back in January I was hanging out with some people in Syracuse NY. I just got done hitting the bars in Armory Square so I was like fuck it let's have some fun. I made some Works bombs (google for recipe ) out of 3 liter bottles and went down several streets with some friends and we just threw them down the road, ran to the next road and threw another so on and so forth until all 5 were done. Then we waited for the boom. They all proceeded to boom properly and when the third one went off, we were greeted by the police who just happened to be on the fifth street at the time and lights blaring got us. We knew we were caught so we tried to game face sober... didn't work.
We got escorted to the holding cell for the night and we had a riot LOL. While we were in the police car I forgot about the small floppy flask in my hidden pocket on my pants. So after we got processed and shit I pulled it out of the pocket and we were drinking in the holding cell LOL. We finished the bottle and started singing. The guard told us to shut up several times but was laughing at us because we were singing Taylor Swift "I knew you were Trouble" to be honest I think he had it recorded. I will talk to him and try and get the video . After we got tired we all passed out cold and they released us with our appropriate tickets.

It was a rather fun night getting arrested.

lmao lucky ass. i wish i had stuff with me in a holding cell.
but thats good u didnt get locked up

Truly how enjoyable will this end up being when it shows on your permanent record and job employers quietly laugh at you behind your back?

I agree with Salvation. That's nothing to be proud of. It might have been fun but it sets a bad example on you. Employers look at that. When you apply for a job it asks you if you were ever convicted of a crime. You would have to say "yes". I kind of feel bad for you dude.

Hey, the way I look at it is if you really want to wreck your job life by doing that then go ahead. I might still be young, but I can say I've never been involved in anything to do with the Police or even anything that I've received from them, like driving tickets, never received them.

So long story short, don't do it. If you want to have a successful job in the future, the stupid things you do will come and get you in the future.

I'm new here, but I feel you guys are giving him a hard time. A lot of people did stupid stuff when they were younger, including bosses and managers, that they could look back at and regret, but why do that? There's no shame in having a good time or doing something out of character at least one time. Most adults know that so they will kind of laugh behind your back, but it won't be them laughing at you, it will be them laughing with you while staying professional as to set the tone.

All I'm saying is, if someone were to not be able to judge you by your present character because they're worried about one incident which isn't that serious (almost everyone has done something like this, depends if you got caught or not), then you should feel fine not working for them. No one wants to work for a tight-ass who isn't even capable of letting loose even once in his/her forsaken life.

Peace and much ♥. Phobic out.

I can get this turned into a traffic violation as far as my record is concerned. I got some tight connections.
