Couple of Updates

Couple of updates:

• Forum Team page now says "Support"
• Administrator Colour changed
• New reputation button
• Forum Lock image changed
• Strike inbetween name of banned users removed
• Glow for Support members removed
• Spinner updated (upon post)

Mine still glows I just no longer have the userbar, which doesn't really bother me though lol.

I think the crown and color should be based on your default usergroup.
I don't really like having the support group as display.
