I would say don't leave, but that would be selfish.
I think you are going to enjoy the experience and that this will be very beneficial for you. Even if you did get lazy and decide to not join the marines instead. ;p
Anyways, I hope that when you finally get back that you didn't forget about all of us here and pay us a visit.
Oh, and try not to get hurt in boot camp or do anything stupid!
I go to basic training October 23rd.
I am coming home for xmas and new years for two weeks so December 18 - January 3rd (I think) Idk..
Then going back to basic training for like 2 weeks.
THEN going to fort eustis in VA for 6 1/2 months for my job training. Which is where I am going to be meeting @"Deathcrow"'s sister
And because, it's a good way to start your life right after High School imo. I'll be doing school while I'm in the Army so I won't have a student loan to pay off while I'm still in my 50's......
Me neither, but it's a matter of preference.
