Is it possible to get console banned if you were to login to an account that's not yours and play on it?

I bought lots of accounts with stats and I plan on getting a new xbox, but I'm not sure if I'll get console banned incase they were stolen
 
Yes, you can. That's one of the reasons why I don't buy accounts.
 
Dont recover it the normal way. Do it through Zune
 
Could you only get console banned if the guy who lost his account reports it to xbox, or is it from some log?

Only if its reported for UA (unauthorized access) But that wont happen to the one I sold you. Dont worry
 
Money, what if I recovered it not through zune (because I have no clue how to do that )?
 
Shouldent be an issue. I have how to do it through Zune somehow.
 
Alright, that's good, because I don't want my brother buying another xbox and getting it console banned the next day... I'd be in deep shit
