Could someone who LiveStreams on Twitch.tv Help me

I'm looking for someone who could help me find good LiveStream settings i can use for Twitch.tv using xSplit. Now i finally have good internet and id like to livestream in full HD.

I keep getting lagged offline with my stream settings
