Ok so today i had to go to get contacts for my eyes. I thought it would be easy to put them in and out so i wasn't worried. I went there (note: this is my first time ever using contacts) and i had to go through training for my contacts. I had a huge problem putting them in and once i did i was scared because u couldn't take them back out because my eye burned. So my mom just got me contacts but still had to pay for the contacts that i never used today.

Anyone here use contacts and can tell me tips on how to start wearing them?

I hat glasses and really want contacts
 
Oh I have contacts since I play soccer.

They take a while to get used to. At first, they're hard to put in and take out. Just make sure you stay calm and don't freak out if you can't get a contact lense off your eye. Even I still have that problem sometimes and I've had contacts for quite awhile. If that happens, just go do something else for a bit then try again maybe 10-15 minutes later.

Decided to edit my post and make it serious - my girlfriend wears contacts and has no problem doing whatever you do with them, don't be a pussy bby.

take the contact cleaner stuff and put a drip or two in your eye before you go to put your contacts in thats what i did when i first got them
it gets the burning out of the way =)
i really had no problem putting them in ever and normally only use one hand to do it =/
 
Yes i use them each day i cant go without them.

1st time i ever got them, it took me 40 minutes to put them in, and like 30 miuntes to take them out.

now it takes me 5-10 seconds to put them in, 5 seconds to take them out.

and yes, the first time i tried them, i said fuck it, and put them on the shelf for like a week, but now i cant go out without them.
 
I think you should stick with glasses in my opinion.
I got these glasses with a neon pink outline, and they turn into sunglasses when its sunny and goes back to normal in the normal light
I only wear them mostly for reading

Nah I don't use contacts, but have glasses though
 
Yeah I have glasses too, but only use them for school.

Na, I can see pretty good with out them.

For browsing the computer or playing video games I dont.

i have never went on this computer with my glasses.

first day, feel like im looking at, idek just looks amazing

Then whats your vision, mine is like -1 or something like that.
 
Yeah, thats about my sisters, or even better.

Her vision also isnt too great.
 
i wear contacts, but it never really bothered me tbh, Some people are different.
 
It matters how used to it you are

And how you react/sensitive to it.
