R.I.P Xbox 360 2009-2014.
My very first console just got banned. My tag I used to sign up that had a 5 year tenure was banned. No idea why. R.I.P

What happened

This email is to notify you that your Xbox Live account privileges have been permanently suspended due to marketplace theft. This conduct was determined to be severe, repeated, and/or excessive.

Why we enforced

Notice of permanent enforcement action:
Marketplace theft

The conduct that caused this suspension may include but is not limited to:

Attempts to defraud Microsoft or authorized agents
Fraudulent transfer of content licenses
Distribution of account credentials for fraudulent purposes
Illegitimate acquisition of redemption code

Fuck yeah, my SE'd xbox one isnt console banned thank god deleting my tag off it now.

Yeh lol nice I had a new console and it would only last like 4-5 months then I'd get console banned again:/ micodicks fucking me.
 
You can post on the forums, and check your email your account was associated with.
 
Two of my consoles got banned and quite a few of my accounts got perma-banned. It sucks.
 
You can find out how it was banned by posting in the Xbox.com forums. Use some random silver account and post a thread asking why the tag was banned and a moderator will let you know.

Or, check the email of the banned account. They have to send an email stating why they banned it. Otherwise, call Xbox and request a reason for the ban and try to get it back.

Nope! Havent done that. I know why I'm banned and it was worth it oh well.
 
Marketplace Theft? Most likely means you bought someone's MSP and it was carded or some shit.

No, when they offered free games for broken xb1 consoles I Se'd over 100 games. I guess they found my tag and banned it. Its all gucci though, made over 2k
