Many sites are promising easy cash easily and within few hours. How many how found easy cash within few hours as per their promise?

Well i was using one PTC site and i contact directly to the admin then he told that he will pays on these days and all and got paid on those exact time into my paypal..

PTC sites are consistent! They are consistently scamming users, lol!!! That's why it's hard to join new PTC's nowadays. What looks promising and paying will turn out to be scam a month after. So we have learned lessons from getting scammed. My advice would be to trust only those who have built they're reputation as a good paying site. We too need to be consistent. Consistently wise when investing and joining sites.

The PTC sites are very consistent in scamming their users, i also have been scammed by many of theses sites

i think 60 percent of ptc's are scam they cheat with there users when minimum payout is near they stop there sites i m also scammed by many ptc's

I think it is not 60%, It's 75%. Anyway, PTCs are consisted as most the users said are scammers. But there are several PTCs which are paying and decent enough to stay (as long you have tons of referrals).
