Well im considering cutting weight as i feel i'm getting to big. I started feeling this way since a chick in my forensics class as a joke said " Andrew you're fat". I know this is a joke, but it still made me freak. I've been eating more and working out. I'm getting definition in my upper body and slowly my calfs and what not. But my stomach, it isnt like poking but im very self conscious and i feel its getting to big. im 6'3 207. Last time i weighed i was like 6'3 195.
My plan is to just eating chicken breast, salad and Atleast a gallon of water a day. Still doing my regular workouts. After a week ill see how it goes. This will be a challenge considering i start my new job training tomorrow. Ill keep you guys updated if you like. And no... IM not anorexic or some crazy shit.
