If it's legal for two sixteen-year-olds to fuck (or any ages for that matter), then it should be legal for a twenty-one-year-old to a whatever-year-old fuck anyone within the age of consent. You cannot define that scenario as rape. That's absurd and fucking stupid. Statutory rape is not rape, it's plain sex. You don't lose your capacity to consent to sex when you have sex with someone outside of ages of 16 to 18.
