Confused?

when people say ill take pp from trusted and not untrusted why is that because from my understanding if you send money friends and family it cant be charged back so why do people not take it from untrusted members? 
 
It can still be CB if sent from F&F if reported as unauthorized

For an example, "My PayPal was hacked" or "I was infected with a virus"

Yea most of the time, thats why for large deals (100$+) I ask for ID matching name on PayPal
