Well, I'm really bored and I thought I might write up this thread just for those ranters out there. (Yes, sometimes me, I admit it)
So, in the past few weeks/days there has been a lot of hatred towards the Staff team here at ForumKorner. I mean I'm no saint I do it as well, but I do see things from their side because I've been in the same position before. It's not nice to feel FK hates you or doesn't want you when you're a member of the team. I've realized we're all the same, boy, girl, nationality. The lot!
Let me start with an incident with a Staff member, unless it's a scam or something major along those lines, nothing is going to get done, the more you cry about it the worse off you will be in the long run. Agree? Why fight it? Why have the team notice your name everywhere you go. I can tell you that's what happens, once you start it's never over, take Living for example. Sorry to mention you here Living but you're known as a ranter, if nothing goes your way it's not at all. That got him nowhere. Don't you guys make the same mistake.
Now, If you have a complaint about a Moderator (Bendy or Justice) I would recommend you seek further help from a Staff member (Jason, McLovin, Jimmy or Greed) and if you have any troubles with a Staff member you consult with Philly and only Philly. Speaking to Mods about Staff is pointless and bad mouthing Staff members to other Staff members is getting you absolutely nowhere, you'd be better off running around in circles.
this is not a rant, I'm just telling you what I should be doing myself, taking this advice. I know we all get pissed off and whatnot but in the end I guarantee you'll laugh over it. Look at me and Jimmy for example, we could fight everyday just because one thing didn't go either of our ways then somehow all of a sudden it's over. All has been forgotten, I don't want anyone here feeling as if they need to act like this towards a Staff member because they're here to help us, not be our enemy. This might sound gay or stupid coming from me, but I think best you hear it from me because if you guys heard it from Staff or whatever you may not agree with it or think it's bullshit. It's not either of these, it's the truth.
Now the real conclusion, If you actually have something against a Staff member or a Moderator here's what you have to do.
1. Do NOT make threads about them unless you have enough backup to support your debate.
2. If you have sufficient proof for a debate and you can find where the Team Member has broken a rule, do NOT post it publicly. It will make things 100% worse off than what they already are.
3. Either post a thread in the Private Inquiries Section or PM Philly. If he doesn't respond, you're acting like a child, simple! His way of telling you to move on.
If you want to skip all the bullshit, act like a fucking man and PM them yourself trying to sort it out and if that doesn't work take a cooling off period. Don't make the argument worse because that will give the team member more ammunition to use at you. Yes, they have the ability to give you a temporary ban or loss of your posting privileges if you rant at them, keep that in mind.
P.S If you have no fucking idea what I'm talking about in this thread, you're fucking dumb and you need to PM me for additional information.
