Computer Question

Let's say I want to reboot my computer into a clean slate like it was brand new.
Would all the product's I bought from another site or this site be unable to me to regain?
Like a product that uses netseal.

Pretty sure most products that only allow 1 person to use it are based on IP. Contact the sellers and ask them about it.
