Computer infected with Viruses, also Trojan.Gen?

Ok so it is infected with all these viruses. I did a virus scan last nite and it said it was clean. Now i did it again and now i have all these trojan.gen and even more viruses. Two months ago, i took off 10 herustic viruses because one of my accounts i had got stolen, so this person is looking at my keyboard. What are my options? Can i delete all of my accounts on this computer to delete the virus?

I use to have that. But isnt that only for malware?

hat you need is a program that not only finds the virus, but removes it. You also need spyware removal...thy www.superantispyware.com ..which is free, and also google Free avans anti virus for programs to help you. Norton is horrible, it infests your computer with virus so you must pay them to get it off. Get rid of it
