Computer Help PC

So I just bought a PC from Amazon it is used.

It's a HP Pro anyways. So I just got my monitor today and I go to boot up my new PC and it says Windows cannot be configured on this hardware and it restarted twice and now it just says setup is starting services.

What can I do to fix this?

did a disk come with the pc? if so turn it off put the disk iin and turn it back on

No it didn't but I fixed it now anyways, I just used the system restoration option from the PC. All is good now.
