So I just got my monitor today and I go to boot up my new PC and it says Windows cannot be configured on this hardware and it restarted twice and now it just says setup is starting services. What can I do to fix this? Thanks

No it didn't but I fixed it now anyways, I just used the system restoration option from the PC. All is good now.
