Get a better ram set, g.skill has bad warranty protocols, and I've had three sets of it, and it all broke.......... Also, the powersupply I linked was better, fractal design units are a lot better.

Question: air or liquid cooling. Kind of scared of liquid as I've heard if it leaking and ruining pc's

Honestly if you're not doing heavy over clocking you'll be fine with this cooler, I personally use it on my server build at home, but the NZXT x61 is a very reliable AIO liquid cooler, and there is absolutely no problems with leaking as its sealed very well.

Honestly there is a temp difference, but that air cooler I linked is really high quality and works great! It will leave your temps a lot cooler than the stock cooler, but of course the liquid cooler option would offer lower temperatures.
