Communication ban

I get these too and i never turn my xbox on or have a mic

I think it's like 2 weeks, it will tell you in your email

Two fucking weeks? i haven't even received an email from them for some reason.
 
I got this for messaging someone saying, "fag." Mine was only for a day, depends how bad the message was you send. In the Xbox message they should have provided a link to see how long the ban is or use live chat.
 
Yeah I've been communication banned. It's about 2 weeks long. But you can still play games with people, just no party chat and messaging lol.
 
Fucking 2 weekssssss.

All i did was call the kid a " fucking shit retarded twat" becasue he capped the hardpoint to end the game when i was on a 28 gunstreak.
 
You can easily circumvent these bans, you just need a second controller and an alternate account. Talk on the alt account in parties and play on the com banned one.
 
Damn i'm surprised I haven't been communication banned yet haha.

Xbox LIVE Enforcement team are begging to be lazy! go to enforcement.xbox.com and you should be able to check the ban period.
also did you call someone a ******? over Xbox LIVE?

Do you play bo3? Because it's still possible with one controller on that game. It'll sometimes glitch and put your alt in as a player 2 but generally it works fine and you can circumvent the ban. I've done it a few times.

I get banned sometimes for that too and I have no mic
