Should I start a blacklist?

So as most of you know, I sell alot that is pretty obvious... Which means I get new items literally daily. People waste my time a bit too much, and it gets extremely old/annoying. I was thinking of a way to possibly avoid this from reoccurring, so I was thinking maybe making a blacklist. This blacklist will be a list of users I will not ever deal with in the future under any circumstances due to them wasting my time in a previous occasion, or possibly another circumstance.

I am just curious what you guys think about this idea of mine. I am just really sick of people contacting me so eager to buy, and then back out after chatting with me for 15 minutes, with that 15 minutes the possibilities are endless with what I could have done, literally. You may question why would you want to do this? Well there is always another buyer, and it should be a privilege to buy from me, and I feel my time shouldn't be wasted. If you want to buy my products complete your deals with me, don't back out like a bitch.

You may think this is kinda pointless they can just go to another buyer after you blacklist them. Yes they can however say a guy goes by the name "god", and backed out a a deal previously for the kik "gods", and a year later I so happen to get the twitter "god", and this guy that previously wasted my time, would literally kill for the twitter god, now that he previously wasted my time, he will absolutely never get the twitter "god", because he fucked up.

This wont effect how/who you trade with only me. Please vote in the poll.

Vouch I think you should do this only problem is that they may become legit in the future.
 
I think that this is half true and half false, I try to deal with you and I know I may waste ur time a bit (Sorry in advance). But also I have stayed up an extra few hours on a school night waiting on a response from you. Dont hate me, just being honest

It should probably depend on the severity of time wasted. If it's like a 35 mins to an hour, this should be permanent. Temporaries to be given out when there is like a 15-20 minute.

You could always simply go to bed, and respond the next day, it isn't like I am going anywhere.

Normally if I do not respond within 30 minutes I probably got off either for a couple hours, or for the rest of the night.

Also vote in the poll with honesty I already know I am a dick, so yeah...

If I am selling something really nice, but the buyer has already backed out of a previous trade for perhaps something not so nice, he/she should not have the privilege to buy a higher quality item as they couldn't even complete a lower quality trade.
