I have a main account that I have played Xbox on for 3 years. I have a lot of Gamerscore, Achievments, Friends, Downloadable Content, Prestiges on CoD, and Time in this account.

The bad thing is I really really really want an OG for this main.

It seems that all good OG's are taken and that people are selling them and such, but I don't want to start over...

Any Advice?

Just buy an og, add 800 microsoft points to the og, add 800 microsoft points to your main, change the og tag to something random, change your main tag to the og tag.

 
Just make an deal to pay someone to change there OG and you can change your gamertag to his that is what Philly and Jon did I think.

If its a original gamertag the person with the spaced out version would have the option to change it 1st?

Good Idea, but how do I get two 800msp without getting two 1600msp cards?

No, that is if the tag gets deleted, not if you change it.

Well, i see people selling 800 msp online every now and then. You will most likely need two 1600s, i was just saying 2 800s because that is all you need.

Good luck finding you a tag to swap.
 
If you have a credit card you can get it on that while your on the account.
 
Wait, but my old name was "xLockdown" but I changed it to "sG xLockdown" and now even if I try to type in "xLockdown" again it is taken... Then I try to send it a friend request and it isn't an account...

So, if this happens how am I going to do that with the OG...

But does it work right away or does it say "This is already used" for a little bit..?
 

Had the same problem once and wasted 50$ on a oG.
 
Buy a gamertag you like and add the 800 MSP to both accounts and swap them. Do this by yourself with either two Xbox consoles, or Zune. This way you can swap successfully without getting turbo'd
 
Make sure you don't swap them right after you buy it because that is when it will get turboed.
 
You can't claim xLockdown because there is a spaced version of it.

You made the Gamertag two years ago. Like 1 year ago, people were able to make gamertags with spaces in them compared to the original. So someone could make x Lockdown while xLockdown already exists. They have now fixed that but the spaced gamertags still exist. Hope this cleared some things up.

Where somebody takes the gamertag while you're swapping it to the new one in the short time it's available.
 
I'm having the same dilemma so I'm just gonna buy one and swap the names
