First one has random sharpening at the top of the plane (Rear), which kind of makes it look like plasma, though it doesn't look like it's done properly, the blurring looks weird thus the depth looks weird as well.

The Second one is definitely better and the blurring on the rear looks like it's going really fast, which is definitely good, depth is better & there is no random sharpening.

I would strongly recommend you post this on EFG's thread if you want more in depth CnC.

Second one is better imo, just focus a little bit more on your text, add a few more effects and you're hitting it baby.
