This is the only website that I seen Cloudflare having to "check my browser" every single time I refresh the page, it's getting really irritating and annoying.

Why does FK need Cloudflare, it doesn't prevent hackers, it just prevents DDoS. FK rarely gets DDoS'd anyways, so Philly, I think you should deactivate Cloudflare since it's unnecessary.
 
Are you kidding me, FK get's DDoS'd all the time, CloudFlare is much needed.
 
CloudFlare shows you the list of threats that have been stopped from reaching your website. You can sort and see threats by type, country origin, and severity. CloudFlare protects against a range of threats: cross site scripting, SQL injection, comment spam, excessive bot crawling, and email harvesters.

Not when I'm on. Whenever I'm online, it seems perfectly fine. It may get DDoS'd once in a while, but not every second. Therefore, Cloudflare is completely pointless.


It's main focus is DDoS, that's all secondary things.

Was never here when that happened, if anything, FK needs more than just Cloudflare. Sitelock prevents SQLi more than Cloudflare does.

Personally, Why pay for cloud flare, Come up with your own thing like HF.
 
If someone wanted to do anything to this site it would happen, protection or no protection. I've had long ass threads in the making and when i post them they get deleted because the page refreshes, its gotten to the point where I just copy and paste my post now.... like this one.
 
@Chronic. You can also just wait for it to finish then go back 2 pages and its all still there. Then just hit post and it's fine.

OP: FK gets DDoS'd all the time. That's partially why it was so slow for a while prior to CloudFlare being added back. It doesn't bother me really, and it helps to keep the site running more smoothly.
 
No. The browser check is more to you as Cloudflare considers you to be a threat. Most website has Cloudflare. When they turn on the Attack mode, browser checking starts. It's just once for me. We're not turning it off.

Lmao! Hackforums is not anything different, its simply just cloudflare pro... Fk will soon look the same with the custom little browser check page.
