I have seen a lot of banned members' threads being posted on or spammed by users continuing the thread title or by posting "Haha, You're banned"

Honestly, Grow up and stop wasting your own time. Can we possibly make it automatic that if a member is banned, Their threads are closed? Thanks.

- Rhys.

I haven't seen this happen before?
People will reply to a thread even though they're banned just because they know they'll multi account and see it again. But that's all I've seen. Nothing you're talking about?

So you're just re-typing what i just posted, It's against the rules to Spam.
Clearly posting on a banned members thread is breaking the rules, It's also called post boosting.

That wasn't spam dumbass. I didn't post anything similar to what you said. -.-
You implied there are people who post making fun of people saying "haha you're banned." I said that I've never seen this. How exactly is that what you said? Please explain. :)

Now Now, No need to get angry at me. You just admitted that people do post on banned members threads, Which was exactly my whole point in this thread to put a stop to it.

Now if you have nothing relating to the actual OP, I would appreciate the Flame free posts, Thanks.

- Rhys.

yeah i agree because i see some people posting on ban members threads i agree with this one

Because I don't agree with you, it's flaming?

Excuse me?

I have no idea what're talking about. I simply said, Please don't get angry. You did agree with me, You replied you have seen people do it.

Disagree.
If the user spams, simply report it.

No problem, Thanks for the input.

I got a warning for "flaming." And I somewhat agree, people post on banned members threads occasionally. But I don't see them making fun of them etc. I only see it when everyone knows its a multi accounter who will be back in 5 minutes to see it anyway (sp for example). Don't really think it's necessary for them to all be closed as they don't get gravedug anyway. It's for a short time. I just don't see spam etc.

Why did you get all angry at Chad for agreeing with you I'm confused? Also, it will be to much work to close all the threads from banned members.

You don't need to write -Rhys after every post nor do you have to be so bumptious.

I was going to say something on the lines of that. I cant see why he is getting so upset about it. if he is truly mad about it then he should report it or talk to someone of higher rank! Not complain about it.

Because he tried to fight the fact that he did. My apologies for being polite, Bend.

My suggestion was to have a automatic thread closure of members who are banned. Just like Philly has his automatic post towards the threads posted in "Initiations & Farewells" sub-forum.

If you didn't jump to conclusions i have already done that, This is why this thread is here.

I wasn't getting angry i was stating a point that he agreed with me using different words that i used, In which he didn't notice.

I believe at the time the particular member was active they have the right to those posts, Therefore should be kept. I am only proposing to have the threads closed that they've made, Not the posts deleted.

What if it's an informational thread? If it's actually useful it would be mental to close it. Just neg the post booster and inform a moderator.

He's talking about closing the post, so no one can post on it. Not deleting it guys...
