My live email keeps getting recovered. I put the security alts and everything on it, but it still doesn't keep my account from being recovered. Lmk with what I can do. Thanks.

Is there a way to change the email, but use the same alias on a new account? I'm not even sure how this guy keeps recovering it and changing the pass.
