The account has been on one console, I have had it for over a month, I changed the email address from previous owner and you got your tag from a known scammer...

Actually I bought this gamertag from someone on AIM. I have no idea if he is a "known scammer" and I have no idea how you know if he is a known scammer when you don't even know his AIM.
