You're probably fine, I know MalwareBytes isn't always going to be correct but if you downloaded something from a random site I doubt it'll be zero day. Just check processes and keep an eye out for anything suspicious. I also recommend you install Comodo Firewall so you can be notified when a suspicious process or an attempt to change your registry occurs.
