If you it doesnt work via (turning off your router and turning it back on), if it changes then you have a dynamic ip. If it does change then you have a static Ip.

Im sorry then i dont think its possible. You can use paid vpns to change your IPs (free ones suck)

need to go on your router and look up the dhcp lease. when that time is almost over you unplug it for like 8 hours put it back in and you get a new IP

I have a dynamic IP, I've had the same one for years. Two nights ago, the power on my neighborhood went out for a few hours and it changed my IP. Maybe you can turn your router off at night. Lol
