Change your ip. There are some tutorials on the internet.

I get hit off daily.

If nothing works Call Your ISP and request a ip change

do you know the IP that keeps booting you. Check your router logs. And also if you know the person who is doing it and they have a skype PM me it. Also reset/restart your router and modem and call your ISP and tell them someone is DDoSing you/UDP flooding you. They will trace it back or resolve the issue and change your IP

Reset your router, if your IP is dynamic and not static.
