Moderators are chosen by Alecks and myself, they are the members that show exceptional knowledge in a specific area, such as photography, and become the sectional moderator for the photography forum. Currently we won't be hiring any moderators nor staff as we have such a small population.
Premium currently has two ways to get it. The way I am encouraging at the moment is sharing a lot of content. Troll was upgraded to premium last night due to contributing so much, the other way is to pay for it.
