Clash of Clans Appraisal

Just to clear up this is not my base.
Basically, a friend wanted me to get this appraised so he could later go on and sell, or get me to sell it for him. He no longer plays Clash of Clans therefore he is asking me to do this as previously stated.

Looks good mane, I would say around the $60-$70 mark, not fantastic at appraising these but that's just from past experience on here!
