to a new account without anyone else claiming it at the cost of a fee.

I can BYPASS the 14 Day Lock that some accounts may have on them.
Terms:
-The fee is 10% of the username's value. However if the user is UNDER $100 the flat rate will be $10
-If the user is lost in the process the full fee will be refunded
-TRUSTED Middleman can be used.
