Chiraqqqqq (Scammer)

I really, really am disappointed, I thought this place was a place that people actually had integrity. 
Instead I got assholes, I don't know if this is the right spot to put this, I don't know anything much.
I'm new and I got scammed by someone I thought was trust worthy. I have every screen to prove that he scammed me.
Just really really pissed that he took my KIK and never paid me, if anyone could do something to have him shutdown or stopped.
I don't know if this is the first time. but the user is Chiraqqqq (maybe more q's idk) Will post screens..
Sigh..fuck this place man.
