I guess we can say that Africans are all thieves and Japanese are all suicide bombers and Germans are all nazi's as a fact. Atleast with your logistics of blaming an entire country over the acts of a small percentage of people.
Please change the title. You can't say the whole country of China is disgusting over a event that some people partake in there.
