1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Parsley, salt and pepper to taste

First, cut chicken breasts into strips, like for fajitas, and put them in a bowl with a cup of vinegar, pepper, salt, oregano and parsley. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Once marinated chicken with remaining ingredients, put in a pan with some oil the onion and peppers, and we poached.
Next add the chicken and let cook. When chicken is almost ready, add a small glass of white wine 2 tablespoons soy sauce and let reduce.
