This recipe is a restaurant where I ate this dish and I recommend it.
Ingredients for 5 servings
5 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 package of Leeks
Green onions, optional
500 ml whipping cream
a dash of milk
oil
salt
pepper
preparation
1. Cooking the chicken: You can seal in skillet until browned on the outside and then finish in oven about 10 minutes, or directly result in skillet over low heat.
2. Chiquita Cut the onion, leeks and green onions if desired. In a high-sided skillet, sauté onion, when transparent, add the leeks and green onion. The firing of the latter has to be short, no more than 5 minutes.
3. When the leeks are cooked, add a dash of milk to lift the flavors. Then add the cream and reduce heat and let reduce for 10 minutes.
4. If after that time was very liquid, you can add corn starch, this will depend on the type of cream used.
5. Correct taste and serve the dish, cream of leek on the breast.
