When we were still starting our days of being together in the same house, he cooked a strange dish that I have never tasted before. He calls it Chicken with cream. Strange because he never used onions and garlic to cook it, but as soon as i taste it- Oh my! I was in hurry to ask how did he cook that! Here's the recipe before craving for it!
1/2 Chicken breast, cubed
1 Nestle cream
Salt and pepper
1. Heat the skillet on fire.
2. Put a little amount of oil then put the chicken breast. Cooked the chicken breast until it has browny sides, but don't over cooked it.
3. Put the cream on the chicken and let it boil for 3 minutes in a medium heat.
4. Put salt and pepper to taste (according to your likes)
5. Stir it until the sauce is thickened. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit of water. (1/4 cup- optional). Cook the chicken and cream.
6. Perfectly partner with rice or bread.
