I am not sure what you are asking.

If you are asking for a shoutbox, then no. It was tried out already and killed forum activity.
Maybe when we grow a bit more.
 
We are promoting them, we just started.
I wouldn't even recommend we have a shoutbox till atleast 1k members, it is not a big deal.
You can have conversations in the watercooler for now.

The chat box was removed because it detracted from the forums themselves, which inhibited RuneRevolution's growth. It'd be unwise to reintroduce it at such an early stage of a forum's development.
 
My suggestion is a TinyChat until then? You don't really get to meet anyone when there is no communication except via posts or PM.
