Chargeback Question

So I just checked my PP and noticed that there's a " Hold " on an incoming payment .

Does this mean that a fucking broke boy charged back $7 from 2 months ago?

If so , why hasn't my PP balance gone to - $7 , does this take time or will it  be deducted from my debit card.


Just wondering, any help is appreciated

If you have the funds on your balance, it won't take from your debit.
