Someone took back a xbox account I bought like 3 months ago. And I didnt see a escalate button so I just wanted to know if I still could.

45 days from payment, after that they have 20 days to escalate the dispute to a claim I believe. With a cc I think it can be like 200 days after the payment. Idk though.

So I only had about 65 days to dispute the payment? I didnt pay with CC.
