i have seen like 8 year old with cell phones and it just does not seem right. they are not the little crappy phones but like expensive ones too. do you guys think that this should be?
It is only going to get worse lmao... I think there should be a certain age to get a cell phone. Like age 13, only because its the first year of someones teens.

My lil sister has a Galaxy S and her bill is 65 a month while it doesnt leave the house because my mother doesnt trust her with it at school.. Keep in mind that she is 8 years old.
