You get reported while playing legit? You won't get banned.
Also, Jagex disregards any reports if you have not interacted with the player while he is botting.

I knew someone I didn't like who 24/7 for weeks and I had tons of people report him but he never got banned.

Not really, possibly if your 99 in all other stats but otherwise no.

Help me with a set up (Not spending more than... 5M, got LOADS of chaotic weapons, got loads of other weapons around in my bank. Not much armour though (just bandos)), depends if we have to go on skype, depends how long the event is and I'll see if I want to come.

Neit, fury, dhide or bandos, tassets, dboots, bgloves, {NO CAPE, Skill cape (t)?}, RoL, rapier, Chaotic Kiteshield.
