I can't find where everyone gets these cartoon avatars made of themselves. Anyone know of the place to go to get your picture made into a cartoon version?

You can usually find people that will do that for you on the street lol. I see a few of them on my city sometimes and when I was in Europe last year I saw quite some of them.
