So this is the first time I've suffered with it and they want to do surgery...
I'm pretty reluctant as I've seen articles of people who do certain things to make it go away over time.
My question to those that suffer with it (or indeed those that don't);- What do you do to get over it?
I'm currently typing this one-handed as my other is complete agony to move. :-(
